$1,000 SCHOLARSHIP

 

 

Through the Polk Education Foundation, LHS PTP awards a $1,000.00 scholarship each year to a LHS graduating senior who qualifies with the following:

 

1. GPA: 3.0 or above. 

2. At least 100 Community Service Hours.

3. Income is not considered. 

4. Focus is Academics.  

5. Student’s parent(s), grandparent(s) or legal guardian(s) must be a member of PTP. 

6. Additional essay required. “Tell how you and/or your family has supported PTP throughout your high school years.”
